These are the companies where the argument gets tested. Each one takes a layer — the systems, the ground, the capital, the people — and tries to make it work at a cost somebody can finance.

Regenerative Development Corporation
A regenerative private-equity firm treating stewardship as an asset class: the premise is that the capacity of a living system is the thing being underwritten, and that capital has to learn to value life before it runs out of time. It invests at the far end of the ecological design trajectory, where economic, social and ecological systems are made to add capacity rather than deplete it.

What is not on this list is a delivered unit meeting the standard I set for one: net-additive across five capitals, independently verified, repeatable at cost. That absence is the whole reason The Record exists.
